1. What is your product catalog and pricing?
Our catalogue covers the full range of leather amenities required by restaurants, hotels, offices, and retail environments. Items include bill holders, menu folders, placemats, trays, coasters, QR stands, tissue box covers, welcome trays, guest room folders, waste bins, desk accessories, stationery boxes, key card holders, nameplates, and more.
Pricing is not fixed because every order is customized by size, material, quantity, and branding requirements. Quotes are provided on demand once specifications are shared.
2. How to request a custom order from Le Cuir
Custom orders are handled directly through our team. Clients share their requirements via WhatsApp or by calling us, and we prepare specifications, materials, color options, and pricing. Once approved, production begins based on those details.
3. Delivery options and international shipping
Delivery across Lebanon is free. International orders are shipped through Aramex, with the cost depending on package weight and destination. Tracking is provided, and delivery times follow Aramex’s international schedule.
4. Materials and leather types used by Le Cuir
We manufacture using PU, PVC, and genuine leather based on the client’s performance and budget requirements. PVC is generally recommended for hospitality due to its durability and long lifespan. We also integrate other materials — such as steel, wood, or acrylic — when the design requires it.
5. Minimum order quantities
We can produce any quantity. Smaller quantities cost more per unit due to setup and labor time. Our practical minimum is around 25 pieces per item, but we regularly produce smaller batches for specific needs.

Yes. Samples can be produced for approval before moving into full production.

13. How durable are your leather products?
Durability depends on material:
PU: generally lasts 1–2 years with heavy hospitality use
PVC: 4–5 years or more
Real leather: extremely long-lasting with proper care, often a lifetime material
